

2.5.1 Removal, Maintenance and Installation



Unscrew the drain plug, empty the engine oil thoroughly.

(Specification of plug: M36

Tightening torque:20

Unscrew the bolt M6 of right crankcase cover. Remove the cover by striking

with a rubber hammer.

Tightening torque of bolt: 8

12N.m

Check the gasket of right crankcase cover for wear. Replace it if necessary.

The construction of right crankcase cover comp. is shown as following figure.

Check the clutch rod for wear. Replace it if necessary.
