key to select the meter constant of the
watt meter.
Ex) Product selection: Master, watt meter: 2W/ pulse
[000] -> 1 W/ P / [001] -> 2 W/ P
[010] -> 4 W/ P / [011] -> 6 W/ P
[100] -> 8 W/ P / [101] -> 10 W/ P
[001] is set to 2 W / 1 pulse and shows the
meter constants of the watt meter
