Whole fish, steaks
- Oily fish : salmon, mackerel
- White fish : cod, haddock
Arrange in a single layer in a large microwave-safe flan dish.
Add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
Cover dish tightly with plastic wrap and pierce in several places.
Place on the glass turntable.
Adjust weight and press start.
After cooking, remove the dish from the oven.
Allow to stand for 3 minutes before serving.
