Choose medium sized potatoes 170 -200g.
Wash and dry potatoes. Pierce the potatoes several times
with a fork. Place the potatoes on the metal tray
and glass tray. Adjust weight and press start.
After cooking, remove the potatoes from the oven.
Let stand covered with foil for 5 minutes.
CAUTION: The grill and surrounding oven will get very HOT. Use oven gloves.

1. Place rice/pasta and boiling water with 1/4 to 1 teaspoon salt in a deep and large
bowl. Place food in the oven.
2. After cooking, stir. Stand covered for 5 minutes.
Notes :
Rice : Add 300ml of boiling water per 100g white rice.
Cover with plastic wrap and vent.
Pasta : Add 400ml of boiling water per 100g pasta.
Do not cover. Stir at least twice during cooking to prevent sticking.

** 0.5kg - 0.8kg : 4 Tablespoon
