Connections to DVD Recorder

Connect the input jacks (AV1, AV2) from the DVD
Recorder to the audio/video out jacks on your
Accessory Component, using audio/video cables.

If you use the S-VIDEO IN jack on the front panel, the
VIDEO OUT jack on the front panel is not available.

Digital Camcorder Connections

Using the front panel DV IN port, it is possible to
connect a DV Digital Camcorder or Video Deck or
DVD-R/RW Recorder and digitally transfer DV tapes or
DVD-R/RW discs to DVD-R/RW.

Use a DV cable (not supplied) to connect the DV in/out
jack of your DV Camcorder/ Video Deck to the front
panel DV IN port of this Recorder.

This jack is for connection to DV equipment only. It is
not compatible with Digital Satellite Tuners, PCs or
D-VHS Video Decks.
