Brush the beef with oil or melted butter. Place the beef on Deep
pan glass dish and place the heat proof glass dish in the oven.
After cooking, season as desired and let stand covered with foil for
10 minutes out of the oven. Use the generated juice for gravy or
sauce.

Choose sirloin steaks of 1.5~2 cm thick. Brush the sirloin steaks
with oil and place them on Deep pan with Grill tray and then into
the oven. When the oven beeps, turn the food over. After cooking,
season as desired.

Brush the spare ribs with oil, season as desired and place them
onto the Deep pan with Grill tray and then into the oven. When the
oven beeps, turn the food over.

Make a meatloaf of fresh minced meat and eggs, season as
desired and layer a heat proof glass dish or *other cookware until
1 cm below the rim. Place the heat proof glass dish or mould on
Wire grill in the oven.

Brush the pork with oil or melted butter and season as desired.
