For SMDR, a header will be printed, the header is enabled at all times. The header will be preceded by two blank
lines and will be printed every 62nd line. There will be no form feeds. On the 29 character printout the dial digit
field and account code field will have no header. The header has fixed field as shown in the example. The protocol
for the out-put is a 8 bit data, 2 stop bits, and no parity.

If the SMDR feature is enable, information acquisition begins at call start time and terminates at call completion.
At this point, the acquired information is queued for output format processing.

The account code feature will be accessed by key stations via the DND/FOR button or pre-programm-ed account
code enter button on a key telephone. The "*" asterisk key should close the account code.
