How to disassemble, reassemble and repair main parts

7. How to replace the Air Guide Assembly

(1) Loosen the 2

external

screws on

both sides.

(2) Press the charging terminal inside, remove the holder and the bar,

and then pull out the support case by pulling it up.

(3) Remove the

support lever

and the bar.

(4) Loosen the 2 screws on both

sides of the motor and remove

the motor.

(5) Remove the 4 external screws

on both sides.

(6) Take out the gasket, loosen the

hook and disassemble it into

halves.

(7) Remove the

micro switch

on the left

side.

(8) Remove the lever and the

gear on the right side.

(9) Loosen the

screw in the

middle of the

holder.

(10) Loosen the hook and disassemble it into halves.

(11) Disassemble the gear and the

bearing inside.

(12) Twist and

remove the

holder from

the plate.

(13) Loosen the 2 screws and

remove the motor.

(14) Loosen the 2 screws, remove

the motor case and then

remove the gear.

(15) Twist and remove the bracket

from the product body.

(16) Reassemble

following the

reverse order

of disassembly.
