This is a menu for setting the control register of Voiceband Baseband Codec chip. 
Although the actual value can be written over, it returns to default value after switching off and
on the phone.

This menu is to set the Digital Audio Interface Mode for Speech Transcoder and Acoustic
testing.

: Speech encoder test

• DAI DOWNLINK 

: Speech decoder test

• DAI OFF 

: DAI mode off

10.2  RF Test [MENU 2]

Radio Frequency Test

10.2.1 SAR test

This menu is to test the Specific Absorption Rate.

• SAR Test On 

: Phone continuously process TX only. Call-setup equipment is not

required.

• SAR Test Off 

: TX process off

10.3  MF Mode [MENU 3]

This manufacturing mode is designed to do the baseband test automatically. Selecting this menu
will process the test automatically, and phone displays the previous menu after completing the
test.

10.3.1 All auto test

LCD, Backlight, Vibrator, Buzzer, Key Pad, Mic&Speaker,

10.3.2 LED

LCD Backlight and LED Backlight are on for about 1.5 seconds at the same time, then off.

10.3.3 Backlight

This menu is to test the volume of Melody. It rings in the following sequence. Volume 1,
Volume 2, Volume 3, Volume 0 (mute), Volume 4, Volume 5.

10.3.4 Buzzer

Vibrator is on for about 1.5 seconds.
