In this situation outdoor fan works in ON/OFF control.

If the pipe temperature is 0~10

∞

C and it is falling rapidly in that case compressor will run for 5 min & then it will go in low

ambient control.

After the system is stopped by CT cut or heat sink cut-off, cycle will return to the normal operating control.
