Malfunction

12. One of the following messa-
ges is displayed:
RAM ERROR 1
RAM ERROR 2
ROM ERROR
EEPROM ERROR

13. Beginning with software Ver-
sion 3.03:  The compressor unit
stops with error message
Restart active! and then restarts
automatically

14. Beginning with software Ver-
sion 3.03:  The compressor unit
does not run; error message:
Restart fail!!!

15. Beginning with software Ver-
sion 3.03:  The compressor unit
does not run; error message:
Brown outs!!!!

In addition to all displayed errors
SYSTEM ERROR is displayed.

Possible cause

—

The line voltage has failed either
completely or intermittently in one or
more phases. The compressor auto-
matically restarts after the malfunction
disappears.

Line voltage fails in one or more pha-
ses for longer than 5 minutes.

The line voltage has failed in one or
more phases at least 5 times within
10 minutes.

Recommended corrective action

Notify Leybold Service Department.

No action required unless
• the disruption lasts longer than 5 minutes
