4077-001

Base Assembly Removal

1. Remove the front cover.

2. Remove the rear cover.

3. Disconnect the power supply connector at the system board.

4. Unlatch the two ejectors from the large feed roll shaft by pushing

down the ejectors where they grip the large feed roll shaft.

5. Remove the two screws securing the carrier frame to the base

cover.

6. Remove the ground straps from the carrier frame. Slide the

maintenance assembly out of the carrier frame.

7. Slide the machine off the base cover.

Note: when reinstalling the machine on the base assembly, be
sure to connect the ejectors to the large feed roll shaft.

Carrier Belt Removal

1. Remove the front cover.

2. Remove the carrier assembly.

3. Push the idler pulley to the right to release the tension on the belt

and remove the belt.
