Switching input/output

The code reader features four freely programmable switching inputs/outputs: SWI1, SWO2, SWIO3 and
SWIO4.

NOTICE

The function as switching input or switching output is set via the webConfig configuration tool
(

CONFIGURATION > DEVICE > Switching inputs/outputs

, see chapter 9 "Starting up the de-

vice – webConfig tool").

The four switching inputs/outputs are configured by default as follows:

• SWI1

Trigger switching input (default)

• SWO2

GOOD READ switching output (default)

• SWIO3

As switching output: NO READ (default)

• SWIO4

As switching output: device ready (default)
