Check the ba tt ery whether it is charged enough.
•
Check whether the device is powered OFF.
No sound
•
Check whether the vol um e level is in the lowest
posi ti on on your Bluetooth speaker and mobi le
device.

Make sure that your Bluetooth device is within
the e ff ec ti ve opera ti on range.
•
Check whether the Bluetooth device is paired.
•
Check whether the Bluetooth device shows that
it’s connected.

Check if you have selected the correct audio
