Replace the Cleaning Brushes

Preparation

Take the milking robot out of operation with the X-link (page 6-1).

Move the robot arm to the service position (page 6-11).

Removal

Loosen the two Allen screws (

Remove the two brushes (1) from the shaft.

Installation

Install the two new brushes (1) on the shaft.

Tighten the two Allen screws (2).

Close-up

Move the robot arm to the home position.

Start the local rinse procedure with the X-Link (page 6-10).
