After driving on the road

Attention, danger of injury!

Never operate the machine from two positions
simultaneously, i.e. never operate the machine
simultaneously via the PRO-LINK control box and manual
the control box. In case of emergency: Immediately stop
(shut down) the machine by pressing an emergency stop
palm button.

Attention, impact monitor deactivated!

Use the manual control box exclusively for maintenance
work and fault clearance (e.g. bale jammed).
When the machine is operated via the manual control box,
impact monitoring is not active. Operate the machine with
utmost care to prevent major damage.
Daily production with the impact monitor deactivated is not
permissible. Operation of the machine during daily
production is permitted exclusively via the PRO-LINK control
box.

Manual control box: see chapter "Manual Control Box",

page 126.

Attention, danger of accident!

As long as the transport lock is mounted between wrapping
frame and bale tipper the wrapping ring must not be lowered
too far, because this would damage the transport lock.

‰

Via manual control box: lower wrapping ring so far that the

castor is about 5 cm above the ground (the castor must not
yet contact the ground).

‰

(Figure 69) Remove bolt [6] from transport lock [4].

‰

Via manual control box: move wrapping ring fully down.

‰

(Figure 69 and Figure 70) Open hook [4a] and remove it

from the wrapping frame.

‰

(Figure 69 and Figure 70) Remove hook [4b] from bale

tipper.

‰

(Figure 71) Store transport lock behind the left guard

casing.
