Behaviour in case of material blockage:
Stop driving and switch off power take-off shaft.
Press touch screen button FEED CHANNEL FLOOR.
Actuate the tractor control valve until the feed channel floor
HYDROFLEXCONTROL has opened completely and the
knives have moved to home position (if they were in
operating position before).
(Figure 88) When the feed channel floor
HYDROFLEXCONTROL is opened, the orange-coloured
information window "Feed channel floor open“ appears.
(Figure 88) When the knives have reached their home
position, the CUTTING DEVICE symbol appears crossed
out.
Switch on PTO shaft again.
After the machine itself has removed the material jam:
Actuate the tractor control valve until the feed channel floor
HYDROFLEXCONTROL has closed completely.
(Figure 89) When the feed channel floor HYDROFLEX-
CONTROL has closed completely, the information window
"Feed channel floor open“ disappears.
Press touch screen button CUTTING DEVICE. (See
chapter "Working with the Desired Knife Group", page 70).
Actuate the tractor control valve until the cutting device has
moved to cutting position (i.e. until the knives have fully
moved out of the feed channel floor).
(Figure 89) When the knives have reached their operating
position, the CUTTING DEVICE symbol appears.
That the hydraulic accumulators can be filled: Operate
tractor's distribution vale for another 5 sec.
