Before use
Please read these instructions carefully. They will give you important advice for the use, security and maintenance
of this appliance. Keep these instructions and, should the situation arise, pass them on to other users. The
appliance must only be used for the intended purpose according to these instructions.
Safety regulations
This appliance is not meant for commercial use but exclusively for private use.
This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above, so as persons with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities, but only if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of
the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children must not play with the appliance.
Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be done by children without constant supervision. Keep the appliance
and its cord out of reach of children less than 8 years.
Plug the appliance only in an outlet as mentioned on the rating plate and only plug it into an earthed,
three-pin socket.
Use only one appliance per socket and use only earthed extension cables in safe condition,
with earth wire cross section of at least 1.0mm

(capacity at least 10A).
It is strongly recommended that power for any domestic appliance must only be supplied through a
residual current device (RCD) having a rated residual operating current not exceeding 30 mA.
Consult your electrician for details.
Only the appropriate power cord as supplied with this unit must be used.
Power cord and appliance should be regularly examined for signs of damage.
Stop using immediately by disconnecting the power cord if any damages have been noted.
The appliance must not be operated (disconnect the mains plug immediately) when:
the appliance, casing or power cord is damaged.
the appliance shows visible signs of damage.
other problems with the appliance have been registered
a fault is suspected after the appliance has been dropped or similar.
This appliance is not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or separate
remote-control system.
Switch off at the power point and disconnect the main plug:
in case of faults during use.
before cleaning or moving the appliance from place to place.
after use
If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced only by the manufacturer, their after-sales service
department or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid risks.
Do not use this appliance within reach of water contained in bath-tubs, washbasins or other receptacles.
Never expose it to rain, snow or other moisture.
