GENERAL TROUBLESHOOTING

battery slot. Lift the start button cover and press the start button. Test the engine compression. 

Engine compression should be >0.6MPa.

Engine Compression (See Figs. 1-4)

Low compression will cause erratic idling, low power, and hard starting when hot. To test the engine 

compression:
