battery compartment, and gasoline storage area free of
grass, leaves, or excessive grease.

Check the grass catcher frequently for wear or
deterioration.

Replace worn or damaged parts for safety.

Use extra care when handling gasoline; vapors are
explosive.

Never tamper with safety devices. Check their proper
operation regularly.

Keep the mower free of grass, leaves, or other debris
build-up. Clean up oil or fuel spillage.
