The motor-sweeper fails to pick up large
particles of dirt or leaves traces of dirt behind
Brush speed too slow
Working speed too fast
Brush pressure too light
Brush worn
Bristles bent, or string or wire, etc., entangled
in brush
Main brush collector encrusted
Increase engine speed
Reduce working speed
Adjust brush pressure (trace on floor)
Replace brush
Remove string or wire
Clean using an iron spatule
Sweeper leaves dust on floor or dust comes
out from side flaps
Suction fan broken
Filter clogged
Flaps worn
Check suction fan
Clean filter
Replace flaps
Sweeper fails to pick up paper, leaves, etc.
