2.5.3 Desktop and status bar
There is a status bar shown on X-431
Diagun III desktop, as shown on Fig. 2-6.
A Bluetooth icon:
it appears after Bluetooth
of X-431 Diagun III is activated.
USB connected icon:
it appears after X-431
Diagun III is connected to DBScar diagnostic
connector via USB. (This icon can not be
shown with Bluetooth icon at the same time.)
B Battery:
indicates the current battery
state.
C Time:
shows the current system time.
2.6 Battery and Charger
2.6.1 Battery
Your appliance is powered by a rechargeable lithium battery. The followings,
such as crush the battery, short-circuit the battery, dispose of the battery in a
fire or in the high temperature environment and dispose as household waste
etc, are prohibited. The standby time of the battery can last over 10 hours
and the warranty period of battery is 6 months.
2.6.2 Installing & disassembling battery
Installation steps are described as below:
1.
Follow the arrow direction on Fig. a to push the bottom cabinet to open
position, and then remove it.
2.
Take out the battery from the package box and install it as indicated on
Fig. b.
3.
Cover the bottom cabinet and push it backwards to the original position,
as shown on Fig. c.
