LIMITED WARRANTY TO ORIGINAL PURCHASER

1 YEAR PARTS/90 DAYS LABOR

OBLIGATION OF THE ORIGINAL OWNER

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

This LASONIC products warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 
the period specified

LASONIC will repair or replace (at our option) at no charge any part(s) found to be defective during 
the warranty period. This warranty period starts on the date of purchase by the original consumer. 
The warranty repairs must be performed at a LASONIC authorized service station. A list of the 
LASONIC authorized Service centers can be obtained from the dealer, or from LASONIC 
electronics corp. 2481 -85 LILLYVALE AVE.LOS ANGELES, CA90032, Telephone.(323)222-
9889, FAX: (323)222-8886

1.The dealer's original dated bill of sale must be retained as a proof of purchase and must be
   presented to the Lasonic Authorized service Station.
2.Transportation to and from the service center is the responsibility of the customer.

This limited warranty does not cover antennas, cabinet, cabinet parts, Knobs, stylus batteries, tapes 
and accessories, cartage or shipment to or from an authorized Lasonic Service Facility, new products 
or service performed outside of the contiguous 48 States and the States of Alaska and Hawaii, 
uncrating, set up or installation, adjustments of customer operated controls, repairs or
replacement parts supplied by other than an authorized Lasonic Service Facility, any defect, 
malfunction or failure caused by or resulting from improper service, maintenance or repair, or from 
abuse, neglect, accident or any other cause beyond the control of Lasonic, or to any product whose 
serial number shall have been removed, altered, replaced, defaced or rendered illegible. This limited 
warranty is made only to the original consumer purchaser of this Lasonic product and is effective 
only upon presentation of evidence of provable date purchase.
Each Lasonic DVD player has been pre-set with region lock protection. Lasonic does not endorse or 
bear responsibility for any attempt to change the region code setting of a Lasonic DVD player. Such 
change may void the original manufacturer warranty.

NO PERSON AGENT, DISTRIBUTOR, DEALER, SERVICE FACILITY, OR COMPANY IS 
AUTHORIZED TO CHANGE, MODIFY OR AMEND THE TERMS OF THIS LIMITED 
WARRANTY IN ANY MANNER OR FASHION WHATSOEVER. EXCEPT AND TO THE 
EXTENT PROVIDED HEREIN, LASONIC MAKES NO WARRANTY EITHER EXPRESSED 
OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THIS LASONIC PRODUCT INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF 
MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ALL SUCH 
IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE EXPRESS 
WARRANTIES CONTAINED HEREIN LASONIC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO THE 
PURCHASER OR TO ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL 
DAMAGES OR LOSS OF PROFITS OR PRODUCT RESULTING FROM ANY DEFECT IN OR 
MALFUNCTION OR FAILURE OF THIS LASONIC PRODUCT SOME STATES DO NOT 
ALLOW LIMITATION ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS OR THE 
EXCLUSION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE 
LIMITATION AND EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from 
State to State.
