HTBDR is a special function register (SFR) to set the divide ratio of the 4-bit, 1/n counter.

(bits 3-0)
The HTD3-HTD0 bits are used to set the frequency divide ratio of the 4-bit, 1/n counter. The frequency divide ratios
selectable include 1/1 to 1/16.
