Select the Server Mgmt menu item from the BIOS setup screen to enter the Server Mgmt Setup screen. Users
can select any of the items in the left frame of the screen.

Enable or disables interfaces to communicate with BMC.

Wait For BMC

Enabled

Disabled

Wait For BMC response for specified time out. In PILOTII, BMC
starts at the same time when BIOS starts during AC power ON.
It takes around 30 seconds to initialize Host to BMC interfaces.

FRB-2 Timer

Enabled

Disabled

Enables or disables FRB-2 timer (POST timer).

FRB-2 Timer timeout

Enter value Between 3 to 6 min for FRB-2 Timer Expiration

FRB-2 Timer Policy

Do Nothing

Power Down

Power Cycle

Configure how the system should respond if the FRB-2 Timer
expires. Not available if FRB-2 Timer is disabled.

OS Watchdog Timer

Enabled

Disabled

If enabled, it starts a BIOS timer which can only be shut off by
Management Software after the OS loads. It also helps verify
that the OS is successfully loaded or follows the OS Boot
Watchdog Timer policy.
