INSTALLATION CONT’D

5.2 Ventilation and Clearances

Standard minimum clearance from

combustible

construction is as follows:

1 inches from sides
4 inches from back
1 inches from floor

The installation of any components such as a vent hood, grease extractors, and/or
fire extinguisher systems, must conform to the there applicable nationally
recognized installation standards.

5.3 Hood Stop

Place the Hood Down Stop onto the two studs, with
half moon crescent in the up position, using the center
two holes.

Screw the 1/4-20 Wing nuts onto the studs until tight.

Repeat above two steps for other side.
