Registering Your ecoMeter
Before you can pair your ecoMeter P250
with your electric meter and begin using
it, you must register the device with your
electric utility. This is accomplished by
reporting the 16-digit MAC Address and
20-digit Install Code for your device to
your electric service provider either by
using a website set up for that purpose
or by calling them.
Both the MAC Address (first code on
label) and Install Code (second code on
label) are printed on the back of the de-
vice and packaging. If the MAC Address
or Install Code has any colons or other
punctuation, ignore them when entering
or relaying them to your utility represen-
tative.
