1. Remove Plug

Un-Pairing Your ecoMeter for Relocation or Troubleshooting

If you are relocating with your ecoMeter (to a new house with a new meter), it is nec-
essary to un-pair the ecoMeter from your electric meter before you can pair it with a
new meter at your new residence. This procedure also may be necessary if your
electric meter is replaced or upgraded by your electric utility, or during certain trou-
bleshooting processes.
