LIMITED WARRANTY
The warranty period starts at the time of product’s original purchase by the
first end-user.
The warrany period lasts:
• 24 months for the device or main unit.
• 6 months for accessories
(batterys, chargers, antennas, headhones, cables).
Any claim for defective product must be noticed within a reasonable period
of time from when the defect was first observed and, in any case, after the
expiration of the warranty period.
The warranty does not cover:
• The product deterioration by normal use.
• Defects caused by misuse with, or connection to,
any accessory or software not genuine LAMPA.
Warranty is not enforceable:
• If the product has been dismantled, modified or repaired by anyone other
than the authorized service centre or if it’s epaired using unauthorized
spare parts.
• If the product has been exposed to environmental conditions for which
it has not been designed.
• In case of corrosion, oxidation or spill battery fluid.
• If the serial number has been removed, erased, altered or is illegible.
Nobody will be indemnified for the inactivity period of the device nor can
expect refund or claim for direct or circumstantial damages due to an
inappropriate use of the device.
