TYPES OF BATTERY AND SPECIFICATIONS:
The charger is only suitable for GEL, AGM and LiFePO4 batteries types and should NOT be used to recharge any other
type of battery.
Do not use the charger in the circumstances that the output polarity does not match the load polarity.
This charger is designed for charging a variety of SLA batteries widely used for cars and some other vehicles, such as GEL,
AGM, LiFePO4 and so on whose capacity ranges from 12V/12Ah to 12V/120Ah. The special design of the device, with a
three stage charging strategy, permits the battery to be recharged to almost 100% capacity, and allows for long time
connection of the battery to the charger when not in use, to maintain a perfect state without damaging it. Compared
to normal battery chargers, this device can recharge deeply discharged batteries that have a minimum of 5 volts. The
charger does not rescue completely dead batteries.
Full protection against wrong connection and short circuit ensures that the charging operation is very safe. Due to the
electronic switch embedded in it, the charger won’t act immediately when a battery is connected to it until a suitable
charging mode is selected. This way, the spark, often appearing in the connecting course, is avoided as a result. Further-
more, this device is controlled by an integrated MCU, which makes it smarter and more reliable. This device is IP65 grade
dust and waterproof.
CHARGING INSTRUCTIONS:
1.
Connect the power supply.

POWER indicator will blink if the battery is not properly connected.
3.
Connect the clips (first the red clip to the positive pole then the black clip to the negative pole). If you have made all
the connections with the battery properly, the ind “GEL” or “AGM” or “LiFePO4” will light permanently.

Press the BATTERY TYPE button to select the appropriate battery type. After confirming, press the START/CLOSE but-
ton to enter the charging mode. When charging, CHARGE indicator (green led) will flash, and battery capacity indicator
will flash one by one according to the battery capacity. From 15% to 60% the power indicator will light in red, on the
80% the power indicator will light in green. When the battery will be completely charged, the power indicator will light
on permanently (from 15% to 80%) as well the charge led.

The battery charger will maintain the battery charged for all the time it will be connected to the device.

If you want to cut the charging mode, press the START/CLOSE button.

When it is fully charged, press the power button, unplug the battery charger to the power and remove the clips
from the battery (first the black clip then the red one).
If the battery charger is having a short circuit, an inversion of polarity or the battery is over 16V, the and the power
indicator will blink simultaneously.

If the battery has reached its maximum average of charge (for lead acid batteries it is under 12,5V, for lithium batteries
it is under 13V after a minute of charging) the and the power indicator will blink alternatively.
