2. GETTING STARTED
2.1 Description of Keypad Functions
The pHPLUS DIRECT 2 has six keys on the splash-proof keypad: ON/
OFF, HOLD/ENTER, CAL, MODE, or .
ON/OFF
Powers meter on and o ff . Meter starts up in the mode that
was last used.
CAL Allows calibration for Ion, pH, mV or Temperature, or to
abort calibration and return to measure without con fi rming
a value.
MODE
Selects measurement mode for Ion, mV, pH and
Temperature.
HOLD
Freezes the measured reading for easy viewing.
ENTER Con fi rms calibration value.
Increments values during calibration mode.
Decrements values during calibration mode.
