Please note that all spoon measurements are standard metric, so 1 tsp is 5ml and 1 tbsp
is 15ml. We recommend using a set of measuring spoons for accurate results.

CLASSIC WAFFLE
WHAT YOU DO
1. Whisk up the ingredients until you get a smooth batter. For better results, cover and
leave to rest in the fridge for up to an hour.
2. Plug in and switch on the appliance at the socket, turn the temperature control knob
to the maximum temperature and wait for the green READY light to go off. Adjust to
the desired temperature setting. Spray or brush a little oil on the hotplates to prevent
sticking.
3. Pour the batter on the lower hotplate, level to the top of the raised parts.
4. Close lid and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
5. Serve with a drizzle of maple syrup and fresh berries.
