The electrical diagram is shown in the control panel.
If the product is not working properly, it may be that the power
supply to your workshop is not appropriate for the proper func-
tioning of paintTROTTER Refinish.
Perform, using a voltmeter, the following measures:
- Voltage between phases: test each phase (reference R1, S1
and T1) and make sure that you have 400 volts.
- Tension between the 3 phases and neutral: you have to reach
230 volts.
- Intensity between phases U, V and W: must reach 4.7 amps
The paintTROTTER is equipped with an external air supply
plug. You must connect the filtered air from your workshop here.
Inside the paintTROTTER you will find an air outlet to connect
your spray gun and other equipment to work with better comfort.
Remember, if you don’t connect the external air supply to the
paintTROTTER, the air outlet located inside will not work,
The paintTrotter Refinish is equipped with ATEX II 3G lighting
with 4 fluorescent tubes og 58 Watts each.
They are powered by 2 ballasts (each ballast manages 2 tubes).
Replacing tubes and / or ballasts.
Like any other intervention, the paintTrotter must be discon-
nec-ted from the electrical source.
Remove the protective shield by removing the screws. If you
need to replace defective ballasts, you need to take off also the
metallic cover underneath.
