The engine rotation can be checked in several ways, but
the simplest and most practical way is to locate the en-
gine in the cabin (located on one side above the con-
trol panel) and to visually check the direction of rotation.
The engine is fitted with a red sticker that show the correct direc
-
tion of rotation.
To check the current direction of rotation, it is necessary to obser-
ve the rotation of the blades through the motor housing. In order
to capture this movement, it is enough to switch on the equip-
ment, and once the rotor begins to rotate, disconnect the power
supply so that this movement is easily appreciable.
If you want to vary the engine direction of rotation, it is necessary to
invert two of the phases (Three-phase engine). In the case of the
picture it would be necessary to change the phase U to W (black
wire and grey wire respectively) to reverse the direction of rotation.
MOTOR TURNING CHECK
In the image above you can see the three pressure switches
that make up the paintTROTTER EVO. Two of them to control
the paint saturation of the impulsion and extraction filters, pro
-
ducing an audible alarm when it is necessary to replace them.
Another to control that the paint zone is in depression.
