7.8 REPLACEMENT OF REAR WHEEL
Use exclusively original LÄGLER
®
rear wheels (Part number in
Section 11, Spare parts )!
7.8.1 REPLACEMENT OF REAR WHEEL ONLY
1 Switch off the machine and pull the power plug out of the
socket!
2 Tilt the machine forward over the bracket (Fig. 86). Ensure
that the machine is standing securely (Fig. 87)!
3 Release the screw in the centre of the wheel and remove the
screw, washers and nut (Fig. 88). Ensure that you do not lose
the nut.
4 Pull the back wheel off the tail axle housing.
5 Push the new back wheel onto the tail axle housing.
6 Insert the nut in the hexagonal recess of the tail housing and
hold onto the nut. Mount the washers and the screw.
7.8.2 REPLACEMENT OF COMPLETE REAR WHEEL ASSEMBLY
1 Switch off the machine and pull the power plug out of the
socket!
2 Tilt the machine forward over the bracket (Fig. 86). Ensure
that the machine is standing securely (Fig. 87)!
3 Release the screw which fastens the tail axle of the rear
wheel in the machine housing (Fig. 89).
4 Pull the complete rear wheel assembly out of the machine
housing (Fig. 89).
5 Mount the complete new back wheel in reverse sequence and
fasten it again in the machine housing, aligning the clamping
surface of the tail axle towards the screw (Fig. 89).

Assemble in reverse sequence.

When mounting, align the clamping surface of the
tail axle towards the screw.
