For 10K standard model, as the 1A charger only can provide about 240w power, so you 

should  unplug  fans  power  wire  to  make  sure  ups  could  be  started  up  successfully.  If  10K 
standard model is still installed with 4A charger inside, then you don’t need to unplug these
