There are several ways to modify the fume hood for your individual requirements.  
These include the addition of work tops, service fixtures, air monitor, electrical 
duplex outlets, ceiling enclosures, and rear panels.   

Installing Hardboard Support Surface 

Your Protector Radioisotope Fume Hood requires a hardboard support surface to 
properly support the integral work surface of the one-piece stainless steel liner.  
The hardboard support is shipped and included with the Radioisotope Fume Hood.  
Be sure to secure the hardboard support per the instructions in Chapter 3.
