4.4.4 Changing High and Low Temperature Deviations
This equipment is designed to activate or to deactivate the refrigeration compressor
automatically if the actual temperature is above or below the set temperature by a
certain temperature value.
However, if necessary, you can change either high or low temperature deviation value
for the compressor activation or deactivation.
The procedures to change the temperature deviation values are as follows:
1)
Press the
MENU Button
for more than 5 seconds at
Stand-by Mode
and check
whether three displays (
Hi.
Temp., Refrig.,
and
Set Temperatue
shown below inside
pink circles) blink along with beep sounds:

Make sure to contact your dealer before you change the temperature
deviation values since arbitrary changes of the temperature deviation values
can affect the performance of the equipment.

The factory-set high temperature deviation is +0.5
℃
. In other words, the
compressor is automatically activated if the actual temperature is 0.5
℃
above the set temperature.

Note that the allowed high temperature deviation for automatic compressor
activation ranges from 0.0
℃
to 20.0
℃
in 0.1
℃
increments.
⚫
On the other hand, the factory-set low temperature deviation is -1
℃
. In
other words, the compressor is automatically deactivated if the actual
temperature is 1
℃
below the set temperature.

Note that the allowed low temperature deviation for automatic compressor
deactivation ranges from -20.0
℃
to 0.0
℃
in 0.1
℃
increments.
