Condition Explanation/Solution
Tuner doesn’t work properly - Press and hold on the remote control for
more than 5 seconds when the power is ON.
- Disconnect the power cord when the power is OFF,
wait 1 minute, then reconnect the power cord.

There is no picture (screen
is dark). - Check the antenna (aerial) connection.
- Check the Audio/Video cable or HDMI cable
connection.
- Check the "reception level" on the Menu screen.

- Choose the different channel from the channel list.
Picture is distorted when
you use an Audio/Video
cable. - Check the video output mode.
Adjust the video output mode to your TV.
(NTSC or PAL)
Press and hold the Video output button on the
remote control at least 4 seconds to change the
video output mode.
Or you can choose NTSC or PAL from “Video
output” on the Menu screen.
There is no sound. - Check the mute function.
- Control the volume.
- Check the Audio/Video cable or HDMI cable
connection.
The remote control doesn’t
