Preparation for work

> Remove the circlips (15) and change the gears according to the
indications in the above table.
> Carefully install the circlips in their grooves.
> Replace the gearbox cover. Check that the gasket is positioned correctly
and tighten the cover screws evenly.
> Check the oil level
> Apply a protective layer of lubricant to the removed gears and store them
a dry place.

Proceed as follows:
> Disengage the tractor Pto.
> Wait until all moving parts have come to a complete stop.
> Shut off the tractor engine and remove the key from the starter switch.
> Chock the wheels of the tractor.
> Lock the tractor hydraulic system to prevent accidental lowering of the
linkage.
Warning! Risk of burns
> Pull the detent (16) upwards to release the lever (17), then move the lever
to correct position for the required speed.
> Insert the detent correctly.
