Tractor
Check

Is the inner wheel distance 110-160 cm?
•
Is the pressure in the left and right tyres equal?
•
Are both lower link arms at the same height?
Mounting
Check
•
Are the hoses trapped or stretched?
•
Is the top linkage inclining slightly from the plough towards the trac

tor?
•
Is the linkage geometry point of draft slightly behind the tractor
front axle?
•
Is there sufficient clearance from the tractor?
•
Is there sufficient rear clearance for the depth wheel?
Driving on the road
The following must be carried out:
> Adjust the plough to the narrowest transport width (if it folds in) [+]
> Stabilise the lower draw arms
> Lock the shut-off on the folding-in cylinder [+]
> Activate the transport lock [when transporting in the half-turned po
-
sition]
> Use the transport wheel
> Disconnect the top linkage (when using the transport wheel)
Ploughing
The following must be carried out:
> Destabilise the lower draw arms

Is the first furrow width the same as the other furrows?
•
Is the first furrow width the same as the left and right furrow widths?
•
Is the plough frame parallel to the ground?
•
Are the beams square to the ground?
•
Are the disc coulters, trashboard and skimmers the same on all
bodies?
Daily maintenance
The following must be carried out:
> Check the condition of the plough
> Lubricate the plough
Regular maintenance
The following must be carried out:
> Replace worn parts
> Retighten bolts and nuts

Are the bodies all aligned?
Storage
The following must be carried out:
> Lubricate all parts that come into direct contact with the soil.
