KVAL Acro-HD Operation/Service Manual

About Acrobat Control

The Acrobat pedal controls the hydraulic lift on the out-feed of the Acro-HD to unload 
the door in an efficient manner.    

The Door Pivot Pedals work in sequence. Below is the order of sequence for the Up 
and Down pedals.

Door Pivot Up:

Foot pedal order of operation is:

 Step 1. 

Raises the door pivot into position. 

 Step 2. 

Clamps the door under low pressure.

 Step 3. 

Clamps the door under high pressure 

and then raises the door. Now the 
door can be flipped for an opposite 
hand door.

Door Pivot Down:

Foot pedal order of operation is:

 Step 1. 

Lowers the door from the fully raised position, 

 Step 2. 

Unclamps the door.

 Step 3. 

Lowers the flip assembly down and out of the way.
