Calibration of the Back Section

KVAL 994-X Operation/Service Manual

Router Calibration ( Back Section)

These adjustments move router of the back section in the X, Y, and Z direction. The
radius of the router cut also may be adjusted.

Run a known good lock bore at a standard
location on a Right Hand or Left Hand
door. Once the lock bore is completed,
check the distance from the top of the door
to the center of the bore hole. Note the
measurement value.

Positive #

Negative #

Chisel Calibration (Back Section)

These adjustments move Chisels in the X, Y, and Z direction. Use this to compensate
for minor changes in tooling during calibration.
