Centring and adjusting the angle

  Loosen bolts 



 and

 slightly.

1

  Set the same distance from the side tube to the footplate on both 

sides.

2

  Set the required footplate incline.

  Re-tighten bolts 



 (fixed side of the footplate).

  Turn the little tube

 on the moving side of the footplate such that 

it engages properly.

  Tighten bolts

Changing the position of the footrest 

(set to rear – set to front)
