Make sure that the base of your pan is smooth, sits flat on the hob,
and is the same size as the cooking zone. always center your pan
on the cooking zone.
always lift pans off the ceramic hob
– do not slide, as this may scratch
the glass.
2.2. operating Instructions
using the touch controls
• The appliance has touch controls; no pressure is needed to operate
them.
• Use the ball of your finger, not its tip.
• You will hear a beep each time a
touch control is used.
• Make sure the controls are always clean and dry, and that there is
nothing covering them (a utensil or a cloth for example). even a thin
film of water may make the controls difficult to operate.
2.2.1. using your ceramic Hob
to start cooking
• When the hob is switched on, the buzzer beeps once, all the
indicators light for 1 second then go out, indicating that the
ceramic hob is in standby mode.
