8.3. Functional check
Install the hydraulic system according to the instructions. Then
extend the cylinder completely without putting the maximum
pressure on it, and then retract it again. Pay particular attention
to checking for leaks and pressure fluctuations. If there are no
problems and all necessary user information is available, the
functional check has been completed, with a positive result.
8.4. check for safe preparation and use
Do the application and environmental conditions of the machine
comply with the intended use?
Is the complete user information from the manufacturer available?
Are all safety systems installed and are warning signs still
installed?
Are all labels on components, lines, measurement points, pressure
relief systems or the like still present and readable?
Do the pressure relief systems in the system work?
Have the prescribed maintenance intervals been complied with?
9. Disassembly, decommissioning and
disposal
9.1. Disassembly
Do not carry out any kind of disassembly work on the hydraulic
components. Instead, have a trained hydraulics technician carry
them out.
9.2. Decommissioning
Have the product disposed of according to 9.3 Disposal by a
disposal company. If it is possible without causing any problems,
completely unload the cylinder prior to this. If not, don’t try to
force it. Instead, have a hydraulics technician do this.
