6. Operation
6.1. initial startup
Before the first startup, the entire device must be checked for
completeness. Familiarize yourself with the proper handling of the
device and read all of the operating instructions. Only operate the
device after you have read through the instructions completely
and fully understand them.
Carry out a visual inspection, a functional check and a check of
safe preparation and use.
6.2. Working with the hydraulic cylinder
Only work with the hydraulic cylinder if it has been installed
according to these instructions.
The entire operation of the hydraulic cylinder is carried out using a
pump. While working with the hydraulic cylinder, always monitor
the hydraulic system pressure.
To extend the piston of the cylinder, press the hydraulic pump. To
retract the piston, use the release screw of the hand pump.

6.3. Possible errors and their resolution
