6. - Putting into service

7N021EUS_A

Wheel Rake

6.1.7 Uncoupling the machine

- Position chocks underneath the machine wheels.

- Disconnect and store hydraulic hoses in holder (1).

- Disconnect light harness plug (if so equipped).

- Disconnect safety chain from tractor (if so
equipped).

- Remove pin (4) and jack (3) from the holder at the
middle of the machine.

- Install jack (3) on tongue jack mount (2).

- Secure jack (3) with pin (4).

- Turn jack handle (5) to lower the jack base to the 
ground and keep turning until the tongue weight is 
off the tractor hitch.

- Remove hitch pin.

The machine is uncoupled.

Before adjusting, maintaining or repairing
the machine, perform the safety shutdown
procedure.

Park the machine on fairly level ground.

Preferably park the machine in transport
position.
