Adjustment:
- Repeat procedure if necessary.
Replacement:
10.3.4 Work/transport cylinder
The transport stop (1) limits the machine's oscillation
during transport.
- Loosen counter nut (2).
- Bring stop (1) in contact with damper (3).
- Give transport stop (1) one or two preload turns.
- Tighten counter nut (2).
- Check play between transport lock and cylinder
barrel.

- Replace damper (3) when worn or when it no
longer has a dampening effect.
The flexible stop (1) must protrude of minimum 4 mm
(0.2’’).

Following all service operations on the
transport/work cylinder, proceed to following
adjustment:
- Place the machine in working position.
- Cylinder barrel (3) must be contact with frame
stop (4).
- Adapt cylinder length L to obtain a play J of 2 to
4 mm (0.08’’ - 0.16’’) between bracket (1) and
frame stop (2).
