THE SECRET OF GENTLE COOKING
Place the Hotpan with-
out the holder onto the
hob and fi ll two-thirds
full at the most.
Heat the food at ¾ of
the maximum setting
until steam appears.
From now on the lid
must remain closed.
Reduce the heat to
the lowest tempera-
ture and allow it to
cook for 2-5 minutes
more.*
Remove the Hotpan
from the stove and
place it in its insulat-
ing holder. Your dish
fi nishes cooking to
perfection on its own.
